Terms of Use

• What it is. Domain Game is a skill/entertainment game: you estimate what real domain names sold for, and we score you against recorded sales. It is for entertainment and education — not investment, financial, or trading advice, and not an offer to buy or sell any asset.
• Recorded data. Sale figures are recorded observations provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Do not rely on them for real-world decisions.
• Purchases. Paid features (e.g. the Pro Deck) are billed through Stripe; card details go to Stripe, never to us. The Pro Deck renews monthly until you cancel. To cancel, send the request on the contact form from the address you paid with and we stop the renewal. Digital-access purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.
• Fair play. Don't scrape, automate against, or attempt to extract the answer set outside the machine terms; don't disrupt the service for others.
• Changes. We may update these terms; continued play is acceptance of the version in force.

Privacy Policy

• What we collect. To sign you in we use your email and a one-time code; if you sign in we keep that email and your saved game history until you ask us to delete them. We use privacy-preserving, server-side analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that set no tracking cookies and don't follow you across sites; a functional cookie may keep you signed in.
• Payments. Handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms; we don't store card numbers.
• What we don't do. We don't sell your personal information or build ad profiles on you.
• A guess is not a signal. What you look up or guess is gameplay, not a signal of intent to buy or sell, and we don't treat it as one.
• Your choices. Ask us to delete your account and email anytime on the contact form.
