Machine Access

Machine Access & Licensing Terms

Effective 2026-09-14. Applies to weckett.com, appraisail.com, aicredit.ai, domainregistrar.ai, domaingame.io, aimissed.com, thetradeschool.ai, and any future url.ventures property that publishes an HTTP 402 challenge. People browsing these sites are not charged and are not bound by the payment terms below.

In one sentence: paying the toll on a protected endpoint buys a single, per-retrieval license to the specific response you receive — for your own use, not to resell the dataset, retrain on the corpus, or redistribute it.

1. Scope and definitions

These terms apply to automated access to the licensed datasets and scoring endpoints on any covered property that returns an HTTP 402 Payment Required challenge under the x402 protocol.

"Human"
a natural person accessing the site through a standard interactive browser session. An automated process is not a "human" for these purposes, regardless of whether it renders HTML, executes JavaScript, or presents a human-like interface.
"Machine" / "Agent"
any automated process accessing a covered endpoint — including AI crawlers, LLM agents, scraping tools, and programmatic API clients.
"Covered Property"
any url.ventures site that publishes a 402 challenge and links to these terms.

Search-engine exemption. Verified search-engine crawlers (including Googlebot, Bingbot, and equivalent) operating in accordance with a publisher's robots.txt directives are exempt from the toll. Their use of retrieved content remains governed by applicable search-engine licensing norms and the operator's robots.txt, but such crawlers are not bound by the redistribution restrictions in Section 2 to the extent necessary for search indexing.

Human visitors using a covered property's own pages and tools are outside these terms.

2. What a payment grants

A payment grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, per-retrieval license to the specific response returned for that request, for the paying party's internal use. This license does not grant:

Each paid retrieval is a separate license. No cumulative or implied license arises from repeated paid access.

3. Price, settlement, and finality

The operator may change pricing prospectively by updating the 402 challenge. The price in force at the time of a request governs that request.

4. No warranty

Data, records, and scores are provided "as is," for informational and analytical use, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. Recorded values carry their observation date; they are not live third-party calls unless explicitly stated in the response.

5. Scoring endpoints (where offered)

Where a covered property returns an analytical score (for example, a GPAi™ score or a competence measure), that score is an expert-weighted, pre-empirical analytical output. It is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); not a credit decision, recommendation, or referral; and not intended for use as a factor in establishing any consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, or any other FCRA-covered purpose.

Any such use is a breach of these terms and outside the scope of the license granted. It requires the operator's written agreement, plus independent validation and fair-lending review. The score must not be used as the basis for an adverse action against an individual, or in any manner requiring FCRA/ECOA compliance, without those prerequisites.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Remedy for breach. Misrepresentation of identity to obtain the free path, or any attempt to circumvent the toll, is a breach of these terms, terminates the license granted by any prior payment, and may result in permanent denial of access to all covered properties.

A query is a request for information, not a signal of intent to buy, sell, or transact, and will not be treated as one.

7. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from machine access to a covered property shall be brought in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

8. Contact

Questions about machine access, bulk or dataset licensing, or partner integration: the contact form.

9. Acceptance and supersession

Machine access to a covered endpoint constitutes acceptance of the version of these terms in force at the time of the request. This page is a plain-language operating summary and does not by itself constitute legal advice or a final agreement; the operator may publish superseding terms.
